Employees and Employers want peace of mind that their data are protected. Employees data is protected using Citizen ID or AADHAAR CARD verification. Only employers who have access to this data can view the employees records. Similarly, only those employers agree who share the data of reviews of employees will be shown to potential employers.
The Process:
Employees share AADHAAR or CITIZEN ID with potential employers. Only ID of employee which are validated can view, share or write to the records of the employee.
