Ethical behavior is a two way street. CredCV intends to protect the employers and employees in the offer to acceptance process.
For Businesses: Many a times you may find your business plan in a tizzy only because your potential employees who you have made offers to and have accepted, don’t show up or intimate you in the last minute that they have found a more lucrative employment elsewhere.
With CredCV, you can send offer letters to potential employees via the platform. If the potential employee chooses to accept the offer in CredCV platform, other companies will be “shown” that the employee has already accepted the offer. If the new employer chooses to send counter offers to the same employee and the employee accepts it, the previous employer is sent a message to make them aware so that they can find alternatives to this employee. This way your business plan is not impacted by employees who decide to ditch you in the last minute.
For Employees: In a similar manner, if employer choose not to employ a person in the last minute (without proper reason) the employers are expected to pay compensation else will be blacklisted on CredCV platform.
The Process
Employers can send offer letters via the CredCV platform. Once the employee accepts the offer, the employee is bound to join the employer. Other companies trying to make an offer will be shown a message that the employee has already accepted the offer. This way the employers have knowledge and may choose to still go ahead with sending another offer, if the employee accepts the send offer then the previous employer is also intimated of such an instance
