Employees can place their resignation from employment from CredCV. As long as the employee fulfills their contract or notice period, the employers cannot stop the employee from exiting nor can they blacklist them. It gives protection to employees from rogue employers who refuse to provide proper relieving letters to employees who have served their due.
Employers can choose to accept the resignation or reject the resignation which the employee must also accept. The properly relieving employee has the last word on employment.
The Process:
Employee logins in to CredCV and places resignation from employment. The employee is warned of consequences if the employee fails his contract obligations as per the employment. If there is no issues, the resignation is sent to the employer. The employer in turn can accept the resignation or reject it. If rejected, the employee can choose to accept or reject it at which point it becomes final.
